    Lt Col Clark talks to Ms. Amy Thomas, Family Advocacy Nurse, about the New Parent Support program. Amy discusses the classes available to both expecting and new parents, home visits for things like sleep training & baby proofing a home, and the Baby Expo. All the programs and services are available free to members with TRICARE. Unfortunately, some of the programs and some services are not available due to COVID-19, but there are still services available like home visits which are conducted via phone or video conference. More services will become available as conditions on the base and surrounding areas improve.
