With each deep inhalation and exhalation you'll relax more deeply until you drift off into a lovely nap.  You'll be awakened at the end of this meditation, so you can enjoy the rest of your day or evening.

    This session is unique in that it provides the opportunity to either awaken at the end, or fall asleep.     Welcome to Alan's NAP version of “Hot Springs” a tranquil journey of relaxation and rejuvenation—a guided Nap meditation to help you relax and drift off into a lovely nap. You'll be awakened at the end of this session so you can enjoy the rest of your day. So, get nice and comfortable as you close your eyes and imagine yourself nestled in the heart of majestic snow covered mountains. As you begin this guided meditation, you'll find yourself in a mountain cabin near the natural hot springs nestled among the peaks.

    Enjoy the feeling of crisp mountain air against your skin as you approach the hot spring. The path is lined with fragrant pine trees, and the gentle rustle of leaves creates a symphony of calm. With each step, let go of the tension and worries of the day as the anticipation of relaxation grows within you. The mountain breeze carries away your stress, leaving you lighter and more at ease.

    As you reach the hot spring, the warm steam rises, enveloping you in a cocoon of warmth and comfort. Imagine dipping your toes into the mineral-rich waters, feeling the stress melt away with each passing moment. The natural heat of the spring seeps into your muscles, releasing any lingering tension. The soothing warmth cradles you, creating a sense of serenity that washes over your entire being.
