    OWCS Radio Feature from 2009 .  Interviews with the Global Exchange Project This brought young volunteers from Bahrain and around the Uk to Brighton and Hove . They lived with local people and volunteered here. They then went to Bahrain in the Persian Gulf. Global Xchange is a joint project with Voluntary Service Overseas and The British Council. One aim is to help young people from different countries to learn from each other about both of their cultures. Includes a short secttion at the end made in Bahrain, by one of the young volunteers, Becky, after volunteering in Brighton with The One-world Community Show This podcast is 22 minutes in length

    Nicola Jay's Charity Club night Nicola Jay, from Brighton tells us about the Club night she has organised in aid of the Joshua Foundation. This is a charity helping terminally ill children. The night is at Ink on Meeting House Lane in the Brighton Lanes at 8pm Saturday 14 March 2010 (sorry if this information is now out of date). Nicola, born and bred in Brighton, is a finalist in the Miss Universe (GB) pageant. This will be held in Birmingham in May.
