    Latin Recording Artist Frank B

    Latin Recording Artist Frank B

Frank B grew up in Ecuador and rose to fame as a National Kickboxing Champion in his home country with twenty undefeated fights by the age of 18.  Frank could have turned professional but decided to follow his passion for music and make a career as a recording artist.

After years of perfecting his craft in the Ecuadorian music studios, Frank moved to the United States seeking better opportunities.  While he was washing dishes in a restaurant in New Jersey singing out loud the lyrics to one of his songs, a music producer who happened to be in the restaurant heard Frank and invited him to record in his studio.  A short time later Frank B headed out west to Los Angeles and has been captivating crowds ever since with his latin beats and impressive lyrics.

Frank B and I met up on a sunny LA day in a local park to talk about his humble beginnings, where he is today, and his latest EP called No Feelings.

Be sure to check out all of Frank B's music everywhere music is streamed.

In 2004 Chris applied to and was accepted to NASA's Astronaut program making him one of two Navy SEALs to earn that distinction.  During his 17 years with NASA, Chris spent 377 days in space and accumulated 60 hrs outside the International Space Station on multiple space walks.  Chris was eventually named NASA's Chief Astronaut.

    USS Independence 30 Yr Reunion

    USS Independence 30 Yr Reunion

In this episode of the Outstanding People podcast I catch up with my Navy brothers Dan Monteleone, Naiche Sedillos, Frank Kaiser and Paul Allen from the USS Independence.  30 years ago we served in the Forward Deployed 7th Fleet with Carrier Air Wing 5 stationed in Japan.  Our deployments took us all over Asia and Southwest Asia including multiple deployments to the Persian Gulf during operations in the first Gulf War.  I was attached to Electronic Warfare Squadron 136 and my shipmates were part of the ships DC Company Fire Party detail.  Usually Air Wing and Ships Company do not co-mingle but because I grew up with Dan back home in Miami I was given a pass and inducted into a friendship with a colorful group of Sailors.  This week's podcast is a reunion 30 years in the making.  We talk major smack only the way Sailors can.  There is no education value in this one, just Squids being Squids.  Full disclosure, a lot of F Bombs were used making this podcast, so listener be warned.  Enjoy!!!

All About Sex w/ Dr. Tiffanie Davis Henry

In this episode of the Outstanding People podcast, acclaimed Sex Therapist, TV Host, and Hollywood Intimacy Coordinator, Dr. Tiffanie Davis Henry and I tackle the taboo subject of sex.  Whether you are single or in a relationship we have advice to better your sex life and help you and  your partner better understand each other.

Sex is one of those subjects that too many of us are afraid or too embarrassed to talk about, but when we do learn to communicate with our partners it makes everything better.   And it all starts with the conversations your parents had with you and the conversations you have with your children.  Remember the birds and the bees talk?  How many of you had that with your parents?

This was one of the funnest and most educational episodes I have done on the podcast.  I hope you enjoy it and I wish you years of happy, healthy, and safe sex.
