We have our own persoanl expectations that often are not realistic or attainable and how we manage our emotions after these expectations is crucial in our development as a human being not just as an athlete. We want to use some tools that cognitive behavioral therapists use in order to overcome these personal roadblocks in order to have a better definition of success. Currently most of us have the ability to define our failures much better than we can define our successes.
