In this episode, podcast host Denise Nixon discusses three motivations that helped her start living instead of just existing. We can often fall into the same patterns and behaviors that bring negativity and stress in our lives. By putting our focus on God and staying away from negativity as much as possible, we can begin to take back control of our time and our schedules. Instead of just existing day to day, we can begin to appreciate each day and find that having peace that surpasses all understanding is more valuable than any of the material things that we work so hard to try to obtain.
