Andre Regnier, co-founder of Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO), discusses the power of the Gospel and the importance of making a personal decision in the process of conversion. Formation isn't just about reading more books or gaining more knowledge. Formation of the whole person is necessary with the aim of integrating formation into life and ministry contexts. One way to ensure good formation would to have 1.Good content (through a book, church document, or program) 2. A relevant situation to apply the learned content and 3. a trusted mentor, coach, or peer to help guide your learning. Since its initial launch in October 2019, the Proclaim Movement - the evangelization initiative in the Archdiocese of Vancouver - has grown significantly. It has supported parishes and ministries by providing online and in-person training and resources on leadership, discipleship, and how to start their own Alpha and CCO Discovery small groups in their own communities. As with new movements and initiatives, it is common for people to ask recurring questions about its mission and purpose. Who better to answer these questions than the director of Proclaim himself?
