The body positivity movement may be another permission slip to become obese while it's justified as self-acceptance. Or even better, "self-love". I'm all about loving yourself. And loving yourself requires treating yourself with respect and kindness. It's not about the body image, it's about the body substance. Let's chat about health and the stigmas around being too fat or too skinny, or even too fit.
