    Damian has spent more than 25 years working in business information, as a journalist, editor and publisher. He has worked in the UK and Hong Kong, across a number of sectors. 

    He began his career at Public Finance magazine in 1993 covering local government and moved to Hong Kong in 1997 where he worked on the South China Morning Post during the handover.

    Philip Ross

    Philip Ross

    Philip is Founder and CEO of the UnGroup and Cordless Group. 

    He is an author, futurist and advisor on the new world of work and specialises in predicting the impact of emerging technology on the way we will work, shop, learn, consume leisure and live. 

    Much of his focus has been on workplace innovation, advising organisations such as McKinsey & Co, Marks & Spencer, EY, Allen & Overy, Penguin Random House, GSK, Barclays, Macquarie Group, BBC, PwC and Boston Consulting Group on innovation and future concepts. 

    He founded his business in 1994 with the publication of The Cordless Office Report. Since then he has written a number of books on the future of work including The Creative Office, The 21st Century Office, and Space to Work (all co-authored with Jeremy Myerson). He has also contributed to a number of other books and reports including the Corporate Fool, Jelly Bean Working and the Responsible Workplace. 

    Philip regularly gives keynotes, presentations and runs think tanks and workshops for organisations in the process of change. He is frequently quoted in the media, including The Wall Street Journal, BBC Radio 4, The Australian, Financial Times, OnOffice and France 24 TV. 

    Philip’s next book (co-authored with Jeremy Myerson) is called Unworking: The Reinvention of the Modern Office, and will be published on 31st August 2022 in UK and Sept in USA. Unworking offers a panoramic view of the development of the modern office over the past 100 years and presents a manifesto for ‘unworking’ – unlearning old habits and rituals established for an outdated office and creating new ones fit for an age of digital technology, design innovation and diverse workforces.

    Hrish Lotlikar

    Hrish is a Co-founder and CEO at SuperWorld, a virtual world in augmented reality. 

    Previously, he co-founded Rogue Initiative Studios, a Hollywood film, TV, gaming, and immersive entertainment studio.  He was also the founding Managing Partner of Eastlabs, an early-stage VC fund based in Kyiv, Ukraine. 

    Previously, Hrish was a Senior Business Developer and Global Evangelist at Toptal (backed by Andreessen Horowitz, the Rockfellers & the co-founders of Facebook and Zynga), a VC investor, and an investment banker at both UBS Investment Bank and HSBC Securities, where he specialised in public finance, corporate finance, and M&A. 

    Hrish was born in India and grew up in the United States. He also has spent many years living around the world in Europe, Asia, and South America. He has a close connection to the people and cultures in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Spain, France, Vietnam, China, Colombia, Bali and Thailand.

    Hrish holds a BA in Political Science from Rice University, Houston Texas and both an MBA and MPH from University of Illinois at Chicago.

    Paloma is Head of Product & Creative Director of Patch, a startup developing a ‘Work Near Home’ ecosystem of coworking clubs and cultural venues across UK high streets.

    Prior to joining Patch, Paloma co-founded Assemble, the social impact design studio whose innovative, purpose-driven approaches were awarded the Turner Prize (2015). 

    Paloma writes, speaks, and advises on cities, culture, and technology, regularly presenting and advising in the UK and internationally, with roles spanning Design Advocate to the Mayor of London (2017-21), to judge of the European Prize for Urban Public Space (2022).  

    Paloma studied architecture at Cambridge University and the Royal College of Art. She was awarded the Loeb Fellowship at Harvard University (2019-20), where she concentrated on technology’s scope to power inclusive change. 

    She’s active in the UK’s startup and venture communities, and in 2021 completed the Newton Venture Program with the London Business School and LocalGlobe VC – a first-of-its-kind tech investor program.
