Get Living's flagship assets and neighbourhoods include East Village at the Olympic Park, Elephant and Castle Town Centre, Middlewood Locks in Salford and Lewisham, plus others in Leeds, Glasgow, Birmingham, Leatherhead and Maidenhead. 

Rick has 40 years of real estate experience, with a particular passion for large scale urban regeneration and neighbourhood creation. 

His past roles have included CEO of MEPC and United House and Non-Executive Chairman of Miller Developments.

After more than a decade at EG, this summer Damian Wild became managing director of ING, the leading PR + Communications agency for the built environment.

Damian has spent more than 25 years working in business information, as a journalist, editor and publisher. He has worked in the UK and Hong Kong, across a number of sectors. 

He began his career at Public Finance magazine in 1993 covering local government and moved to Hong Kong in 1997 where he worked on the South China Morning Post during the handover.

Philip is Founder and CEO of the UnGroup and Cordless Group. 

He is an author, futurist and advisor on the new world of work and specialises in predicting the impact of emerging technology on the way we will work, shop, learn, consume leisure and live. 

Much of his focus has been on workplace innovation, advising organisations such as McKinsey & Co, Marks & Spencer, EY, Allen & Overy, Penguin Random House, GSK, Barclays, Macquarie Group, BBC, PwC and Boston Consulting Group on innovation and future concepts. 

He founded his business in 1994 with the publication of The Cordless Office Report. Since then he has written a number of books on the future of work including The Creative Office, The 21st Century Office, and Space to Work (all co-authored with Jeremy Myerson). He has also contributed to a number of other books and reports including the Corporate Fool, Jelly Bean Working and the Responsible Workplace. 

Philip regularly gives keynotes, presentations and runs think tanks and workshops for organisations in the process of change. He is frequently quoted in the media, including The Wall Street Journal, BBC Radio 4, The Australian, Financial Times, OnOffice and France 24 TV. 

Philip’s next book (co-authored with Jeremy Myerson) is called Unworking: The Reinvention of the Modern Office, and will be published on 31st August 2022 in UK and Sept in USA. Unworking offers a panoramic view of the development of the modern office over the past 100 years and presents a manifesto for ‘unworking’ – unlearning old habits and rituals established for an outdated office and creating new ones fit for an age of digital technology, design innovation and diverse workforces.

Tony Travers is a director of LSE London, a research centre at the London School of Economics.

Hrish is a Co-founder and CEO at SuperWorld, a virtual world in augmented reality. 

Previously, he co-founded Rogue Initiative Studios, a Hollywood film, TV, gaming, and immersive entertainment studio.  He was also the founding Managing Partner of Eastlabs, an early-stage VC fund based in Kyiv, Ukraine. 

Previously, Hrish was a Senior Business Developer and Global Evangelist at Toptal (backed by Andreessen Horowitz, the Rockfellers & the co-founders of Facebook and Zynga), a VC investor, and an investment banker at both UBS Investment Bank and HSBC Securities, where he specialised in public finance, corporate finance, and M&A. 

Hrish was born in India and grew up in the United States. He also has spent many years living around the world in Europe, Asia, and South America. He has a close connection to the people and cultures in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Spain, France, Vietnam, China, Colombia, Bali and Thailand.

Hrish holds a BA in Political Science from Rice University, Houston Texas and both an MBA and MPH from University of Illinois at Chicago. 

Gregory is the founder of A/0 PropTech and a seasoned real estate and technology investor with over 15 years of experience across I banking, real estate and venture and a multibillion deal making history and a deep understanding of the financial markets, real estate and venture capital ecosystems.

 As Managing Director for Greystar Europe, Michela focuses on expanding and strengthening Greystar’s third-party platform and strategic partnerships. She works closely with Greystar’s six country leaders in France, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom to identify new opportunities across student, Build to Rent and senior living. 

Paloma is Head of Product & Creative Director of Patch, a startup developing a ‘Work Near Home’ ecosystem of coworking clubs and cultural venues across UK high streets.

Prior to joining Patch, Paloma co-founded Assemble, the social impact design studio whose innovative, purpose-driven approaches were awarded the Turner Prize (2015). 

Paloma writes, speaks, and advises on cities, culture, and technology, regularly presenting and advising in the UK and internationally, with roles spanning Design Advocate to the Mayor of London (2017-21), to judge of the European Prize for Urban Public Space (2022).  

Paloma studied architecture at Cambridge University and the Royal College of Art. She was awarded the Loeb Fellowship at Harvard University (2019-20), where she concentrated on technology’s scope to power inclusive change. 

She’s active in the UK’s startup and venture communities, and in 2021 completed the Newton Venture Program with the London Business School and LocalGlobe VC – a first-of-its-kind tech investor program.

Soumen is the CFO of SEGRO plc, the leading pan-European developer, manager and owner of warehouses and industrial property. SEGRO is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris and is a constituent of the FTSE100. By market value, it's the largest publicly-listed REIT in Europe. He  joined SEGRO in January 2017 and combines leadership of the finance functions with a wider contribution to the business through strategy, investment and innovation. 

He brings his extensive board-level experience and deep knowledge of capital markets to the Group, having been Chief Financial Officer of listed companies for over 12 years and with a background in corporate finance. 

Soumen is also a Non-executive Director of Next plc, a member of the FTSE100 and one of the UK’s leading retailers.

Shain is the Founder and Chairman of Sound Diplomacy, the leading global advisor on growing music and night time economies in cities and places.

He has defined a new way to think about the value of music and through it, influenced over 100 cities and places to invest in music and culture as part of overall growth strategy. He is also the co-founder of Music Cities Convention, the world’s largest event, bringing together the music industry with city planners, developers, policy makers and executives. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of the not-for-profit global Center for Music Ecosystems, launched in 2021.

Bill is Head of Real Assets at Legal & General Investment Management.

He joined Legal & General in 2007 and is responsible for transforming its UK property fund management business into a global-reaching real assets platform.  Operating in both the direct investment and lending markets, today it actively invests and manages over £35bn assets under management, providing capabilities in real estate, infrastructure and corporate debt. Bill previously held positions at RREEF, the Real Estate Fund Management business of Deutsche Bank and Schroder Property Investment Management. 

Olivia is Chief Executive of Dolphin Living.

Dolphin Living is a charity providing affordable rental homes to working Londoners on modest incomes. The charity develops, purchases and manages build to rent properties in London.

 Darren became the Leader of Barking & Dagenham Council in 2014. Since then, he has established the borough as one of the most important growth opportunities in London and both he, and the Council, have won numerous awards. 

Roger is Joint Head and jointly leads the development of Canada Water, a 53 acre British Land development project in Central London. 

 As Chief Executive Officer for Frasers Property UK, a fully integrated developer, investor and asset manager of residential and commercial property in the UK and a subsidiary of Frasers Property, the multinational real estate company, Ilaria drives the strategic plan for the commercial and residential business for the UK. Ilaria started her 30-year career in real estate advisory, prior to moving to become a principal in predominantly transactional roles in the UK and across Europe. 

Naomi Heaton, MA Hons (Oxon) is founder and Chief Executive of The Other House, a new lifestyle hospitality brand in prime central London from The Portfolio Club. Established in December 2019, this is a joint venture between London Central Portfolio Ltd ("LCP"), leading real estate investment advisory and APG, the largest pension provider in the Netherlands which manages approximately €587 billion in pension assets on behalf of its pension fund clients.

Richard Croft is Executive Chairman of M7 Real Estate, a leading pan-European real estate investment manager. M7 has over 220 employees in 15 countries & territories across Europe, The Middle East & Asia and manages over 570 assets with a value of circa €4.1 billion.
