• Tent – Setup on Wednesday Practice – Leave frame but take canopy down

• Chairs

• Prepare for rain – Bow cover and scope cover

• There’s a fence between archers and spectators – No parents allowed in field of play

• Snacks and water! and Cooler

• Bring Tools – but Lancaster Archery was there last year

• Power to charge your phone

• Camera

• Cooling towels

Scott and Wendi have noticed that youth are become very free with their language.  Foul language is used around adults and other youth.   This is not a trend we want to see for our team. We are going to require our archers to listen to this and we encourage other team do the same.

Scott and Wendi had the pleaser of sitting down with Texas Youth Archery Rendyn Brooks.  Rendyn just resently finished 3rd at Lancater Classic.  She also is a multi National Champion and was on Team USA.  Rendyn is an amazing young lady and a great ambassador for Archery.  Listen to her experience at Lancaster Classic!

Registration is OPEN for the 2023 TSAA State Indoor Championships & Texas State Open Pro/Am!

This is the ONLY state championship in Texas guaranteeing these kinds of payouts!

The 2023 Texas State Indoor Championships are set for March 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th.

All participants shall be a member of USA Archery or the NFAA with a temporary membership. International Guests (non U.S. citizens) - Please go to www.usarchery.org to purchase a Temporary Membership for Foreign Nationals.

Archers will register to shoot a 60 arrow World Archery indoor round on either March 2th, 3rd or 4th. Results after Saturday will crown our state champions.

Registration is $100 for U21, Seniors, 50+, 60+, and 70+. Registration is $70 for Youth (U13, U15, and U18.)

All archers who shoot in the 2023 TSAA State Indoor Championships are eligible to shoot in the 2023 Texas State Open Pro/Am. The top 16 scores will move on to the Championship!

The Texas State Open Pro/Am will feature bracket matches combining the top 16 men and women for each respected divisions. These will be the ones shooting off for the money.

$2000 Barebow 1st $1000 / 2nd 600 / 3rd 400

Out of state archers are eligible to win the prize purse for the Texas State Open Pro/Am, but cannot be crowned state champion in the Texas State Indoor Championship portion of the tournament. Out of state archers will need to sign up as a guest.

Registration is set to check for age of participants based on the 2023 calendar year.

Barebow division is for recurve bows only without sight and other accessories.

Deadline for entries is February 28th.
