    Like most of us, Kyle's addiction had a stronghold on him. Once he was able to surrender and found himself free from addiction he was able to start his journey in recovery.  But, he didn't do it on his own, he had help from the owners of Jenna's Promise, Mrs./Mr. Tatro. They helped him get a solid foundation under his feet and now Kyle can do the same with those who walk through Jenna's front door!

    Joshua Serna is a 35-year-old father of four. Josh has been sober from alcohol since January 8th, 2021. He is also a 14-year veteran of the US Army and currently works for the VT Army National Guard. Josh enjoys weightlifting, time with his children, and eating all the good food!!!

    Here we go again! This episode is a little heavier than the last one, but it's definitely worth the listen. We dived into the topic of mental health. While Becca is currently dealing with a bout of depression, we got to share some tips and tricks that hopefully help her and others who may be in the same predicament. 
    If you are suffering from depression or other mental health shortcomings, please seek help. It saved my life, literally, and it could do the same for you.
