    Description: Join Dr. Shannon Sims for part four of her series on the science of breathing. This practice focuses on rehabilitating and correcting the breath by consciously altering the oxygen and carbon dioxide (CO2) ratio in our tissues and body. Together, we explore why we over breathe, the importance of carbon dioxide, and what makes for a healthy breathing pattern. Dr. Sims will introduce you to a simple CO2 test, and then you will practice a meditation specifically designed to rehabilitate and correct the breath based on your CO2 tolerance.
