    Becoming River

    Becoming River

This episode is a heart opener for those of us who have never experienced true safety in our bodies, and our environments. The kind of love and safety that disarms us and cradles us into sweet transformation, from rock to water, from fire to wind.

Apologies for two mispronunciations. Sharm el Sheik (should be pronounced Sharm el *Shake) and the name Mahmoud should be pronounced Mah-*mood).

Please listen with an open heart and it is our deepest prayer that you are feeling safe and precious in every way imaginable:heart:

    Embracing the Awkward

    Embracing the Awkward

This episode sits with listeners in the awkward space of changing and growing while maintaining relationships. We don't all evolve at the same pace. How can we center our joy in the shifting and renegotiating of our relationships as we grow and change?
We hope you are enjoying this season so far! Make sure to share, review, subscribe and share your feedback with us! We are an independent Black woman sustained force of nature and we'd love and value your support in all forms!

Character in the Midst of Chaos

Character in the Midst of Chaos

Much about this moment in time is a question of character. It is as though the natural world is demanding every nation, society, city, family, and individual to answer a single question: WHO ARE YOU?
