    The Singles Show

    The Singles Show

A special edition 7 inch experience with OPEN AIR SONAR and Tony Sandoval. This is a good episode for new vinyl collectors for sure and a damn good one for the over experienced collectors. I would have called it the "record collectors edition" if they weren't all singles. We also get more of Tony's collecting style and some great shout outs. I have to say that this episode goes into my top favorites from Tony. Love it! Thank you for updating our playlists!

    Can You Hear This?

    Can You Hear This?

Hee Hee. I have some news. I now have new equipment and unfortunately I tried to learn it LIVE. On THE YouTube with Tony. My apologies. Here at Six DeGrees we are undergoing extreme changes and its very much like puberty. We are going to have those awkward moments. The good news is that I have taken 40 minutes of pure garbage and condensed it into 20 minutes of compost. In addition to that, Tony has done his magic with the soundtrack and the commercial so now this episode has turned into pure gold! (…fool’s gold) Here are the quick highlights. I have my 3 surprises; my new equipment, we are planning an arts festival and MG is back for Sun DeLarge 2024. Tony shows us the crown jewel of his jazz collection, a signed Chet Bakers 4 and we talk about my daughter being on the TV show Judge Judy a few years ago. So if you have taken enough pain killers you may get through the whole original episode. Aye aye eyeroll.Whateva!!

    RUSH episode

    RUSH episode

Get your math books out kiddies. According to my calculations Tony has totally nailed this episode on RUSH with a 100% A+! Have you heard RUSH from ‘74? It’s a different feel for sure! They truly are talented kids extraordinaire. Everyone has listened to radio RUSH and it isn’t even close to hearing them find their sound. Really cool. This episode totally kicked ass! Thank you Tony, my playlist is way more awesome now. And thank you for playing that original press. You rock!

LIVE! Tony Found A Sexy Egyptian Record

LIVE! Tony Found A Sexy Egyptian Record

Oh wow. No I am not having a stroke. My garble talk is me trying to talk over the feed back in my headphones that would not turn off or down. Our highlight in this episode is that Tony found a sexy Egyptian record to add to the collection. Here is last weeks fiasco with the soundtrack and commercial. LmaO! Thank you Tony. This is so much better with music! Good gosh I am sorry about last weeks YouTube LIVE with our dumpy pod where I learn absolutely nothing on the spot. Seriously, I’m [smh] so hard it’s gonna fly off. Reminder: May is stroke awareness month.

Chillin' with KING-T the Season Finale

Chillin' with KING-T the Season Finale

Finally! The Finale! Yeah, I finally got around to uploading this super fantastically awesome episode of Six DeGrees chillin' with our favorite punk rock daddio KING-T. Yes it is a little late and I do apologize to K-T and his band NYALIS. I think he would understand though. Sometimes too much shiz comes in and up all at once and creates what is called a "creative block". Use your imagination on that one lol, but yeah it is a thing and it happens to all of us. Some of us more often than others. So that's my big excuse on why the last episode of Six DeGrees of a Belly Dancer is late. Trust me, getting to hang out with King T was so fun it will make it well worth the wait. Thank you everyone for subscribing and listening. We will see you next fall where we look forward to introducing our new and improved online fun-zine.

Welcome to the season three finale of Open Air Sonar. You are about to be extremely pleased with this mix of death songs. Not death (music/metal) but songs that are about death. Yep. A very enjoyable episode to listen to. Just kick the hell back and think of those who have really kicked it. R.I.P You know who you are. We are looking forward to next season and thank you so much for subscribing and following.

Six DeGrees of a Belly Dancer S3-E7

Six DeGrees of a Belly Dancer S3-E7

Here at Six DeGrees of a Belly Dancer we give a shout! In this episode we're droppin' more than just a couple of shouts. Yikes. I get another write-up and Tony tells us how he will NOT be doing a grow season. Instead he is going to a hippie flea market. We find an emerging epic event/group, the #newmexivibes and I give my co-luber a birthday shout. Because we give a shout. OH yeah! I accidently show Tony a picture of my colonoscopy (sigh) and I am beginning to think that Tony is not as conservative as I thought he was (lmfAO)! It gets a little more awkward when HR gets involved during our chat about "Drag Queen-Story Time". oH sNap! 2of them going up.

Open Air Sonar .Another Love Episode.

Open Air Sonar .Another Love Episode.

Another love episode that is little more dark and a little more dirty. Wait. Or was it darker and deeper? It was one of those or all of those but the important thing to know is that it really isn’t what we are thinking. Besides Tony reading some of his hate mail from Mr. Ef-Knutts he gives us valuable information on a special Guns and Roses album that collectors love but have to watch out for. He will post a picture of this album on our SDBD page. In this episode please enjoy some more love songs to add to your new and improved playlist brought to you by OAS! A reminder that you can listen to all of the Open Air Sonar episodes back to back on our YouTube channel Six DeGrees of a Belly Dancer under the playlists tab.

Six DeGrees of a Belly Dancer S3-E6

I can honestly say that both Tony and I had our cookies kick in at the same time. I am sorry. Sorry that I have no idea what was doing. What I do remember is that Tony is a busy bee. He’s making concert plans, he is getting ready for the next online record auction tonight, he adopted an axolotl (Shhhhh, maybe he did maybe not) I don’t know. He is finally to the letter U cleaning out the record collection and he gives us a preview of what is to come for our season finale. Sorry, all I did is pull some good advice out my box of nonsense. I told you I can’t handle cookies of any kind.

Six DeGrees of a Belly Dancer with Sinisterlore

Six DeGrees of a Belly Dancer with Sinisterlore

Introducing the up-and-coming self-taught commission artist from Salt Lake City, UT… Sinisterlore! Yes! our favorite watercolor/ink artist has come back to the zoom room to hang out with Tony and me! Let’s cut right to the chase here. This woman has stickers for sale right now! Ah hell yeah, stickers! We LOVE stickers. Stickers on my car, on my toolbox, on your skateboard (don’t forget your helmet!), on your cooler, on your skies, office, kid, wall, dog… you know you love stickers! You don’t want just any sticker either. You want a “one of a kind” “unique” sticker that makes people think and feel inspired. You want impressive and amazing stickers from a local artist. Do you know how chic that is? What if you are not from UT? Well then, if you have a sticker from an artist that is not local then that makes you an artist connoisseur! In this episode Sinisterlore tells us more about her ink/marker pieces, watercolors, inspirations and what she has planned for her new online store on Storenvy.com! She tells us a little about working on Gouache, color theory, and the exciting news about re-opening her commission art soon. Be sure to follow her on linktr.ee/SinisterLore for contact information and the latest updates or if you would like to order prints, stickers, or a personal piece made just for you (commission art). This gracious artist is known for painting exclusive pieces to be donated to great causes such as the 2020 Goddess Gala for The Christmas Box House and the 2021 For the Love of Brian cancer fundraiser. She has also donated numerous mystery bundles of stickers and mini prints to charity raffles. Sinisterlore, is definitely the next emerging artist to watch!

OPEN AIR SONAR and the SKINNY PUPPY episode

OPEN AIR SONAR and the SKINNY PUPPY episode

Well, well, well… …well worth the ‘effin wait! This episode is so freakishly awesome and mind blowing, it almost did not make into the feed. Here it is, the episode we have all been waiting for because it is Tony‘s favorite band… the SKINNY PUPPY episode! Warning: This episode may contain slightly disturbing commentary but 100% kick ass music! Tony is going to take us from their very first track, to “brappin”, to some sort of animal awareness stuff. So there we go, SP proving to the world that it’s Canada that spews out some of the greatest experimental and industrial music the planet has ever heard! Remember Skinny Puppy is on their last tour now and will be in SLC, UT on May 4th, 2023!

Six DeGrees of a Belly Dancer S3-E4

Six DeGrees of a Belly Dancer S3-E4

Another round of antics. I forgot to push record! Although will still cover many a topic. Tony tells us how bands pick who is going to play first at a “showcase” and I briefly explain a solo belly dance showcase. I tell the story of how I got my name Shasha, Tony buys a new vinyl from a popular movie and turns his pets into ashes after they die. Also, the story of how my neighbor murdered my cat. All that, a great soundtrack plus more! WoW! Really can’t ask for anything more today.

    Open Air Sonar -Hodge Podge-

    Open Air Sonar -Hodge Podge-

Here's a great mix of random picks from Tony's brain. With no rhyme or reason he has a collection of songs with no specific theme; except that it is a super awesome playlist. Ahhh Hell YeAH! Did he just play that song?? Yes he did. Lot's of good trivia tid-bits in this episode, he has old stuff, new stuff and some crazy stuff you can watch white noise to, you'll know it when you hear it. Thank you for listening and please follow us on social media.

Open Air Sonar THE BLACK HOLE... (a delicious rerun)

Now you can take your new playlist to hell and back with Black Metal! Warning: Make sure you close all portals to hell because you will be sucked in! Open this link and let us see what is in Tonypandora’s old season finale from the past! I promise that you will be enlightened! There is some seriously sick stuff here. Yikes. Maybe you know how dark black metal gets, but yeah… I lit a smudge stick after listening to this episode!
