    Spiritual Practices that Work is for people who want to: integrate their spiritual beliefs into their daily lives, live in a balanced way, recognize and honor their connection to Spirit and expand their tool kit of spiritual practices. Each show features: (1) a conversation with 1-3 guests about applying spiritual practice to "real world" issues/challenges/goals, (2) a "spiritual practices makeover" segment and (3) a "recommended resources" segment that features a guest sharing books or other resources that help(ed) them deepen their spiritual understanding. Spiritual Practices that Work is hosted by Tracy Brown, a nationally recognized speaker, author and licensed spiritual coach.
