    Homeopathy is a system of alternative medicine.  Homeopathic physicians, believe that a substance that causes symptoms of a disease in healthy people can cure similar symptoms in sick people.  The idea is that like cures like.  For those looking for remedies to heal or cure the body without turning to prescription medications there is much to be learned in the world of homeopathy.  In this podcast we are joined by our friend Ashlie Cook who is studying homeopathic medicine and has been using homeopathic remedies for 13 years.  

    Ashlie is from Oklahoma originally but now lives in North Carolina after some time in Colorado and Texas. She's the mom of 3 kids, 1 mini-goldendoodle, and 7 chickens. She's been married for 21 years and started her "crunchy" journey in 2014 when she and her family started having major health issues and traditional medicine couldn't offer any answers. Along the path she's tried many different health-world approaches and options and has fallen in love with homeopathy and how it helps the body heal from acute and chronic issues. She's been using homeopathy for 13 years and has been a student for almost 2. She gets excited to help people experience relief and healing from these safe and effective medicines!

    The Light from Within

    The Light from Within

    The connection between mind and body is an important aspect of our overall health and wellness.  Being able to listen to and follow your intuition will always point you in the right direction.  There is clarity that comes from listening to that intuition.  And that clarity can help bring a sense of inner peace and calmness that ripples into a reduction to our level of stress which, in turn, supports the health of our hormones.  

    Some people have a deeper gift that allows them to tune in and listen to a universal life force energy.  We are so excited to have had the opportunity to be joined by our special guest, Susan Hall.  Susan is a Master Level Reiki Practitioner, Psychic Medium & Intuitive Consultant.  

    While searching for healing after experiencing some painful trauma, Susan found a Reiki class. Instantly, she knew she had found something that could not only help herself heal and bring peace, but could also allow her to pursue her passion of helping others. She is now a Master Level Reiki Practioner.  

    ​As an empath, Susan often experiences the pain and trauma of others as though it's her own. Through Reiki, she has learned how to harness and recognize energy and feelings that belong to others, release any negativity, as well as help others through their pain in a way that's safe and effective. Being able to master these skills has made a huge difference in her life and the lives of others.

     Being a channel for universal life force energy has opened her up further and brought her to her spiritual awakening which began in 2016 - which is also about the time she began her mediumship journey. Since then, she has devoted several hours a day developing her psychic, mediumship, and Reiki skills. It is her soul's mission to bring healing to as many other people as she can in whatever capacity she can.
