Trista Rhodes received an AIDS diagnoses 5 years ago. She struggled for many years, until a close friend revealed to her that he was HIV+. Tho she had never spoke in depth with him about her diagnoses, he encouraged her by standing up and speaking out against the STIGMA associated with HIV. Trista made sure that her family was educated on what it meant to be HIV+ and how they could prevent becoming infected.
