Hello, and welcome to this week's episode of our podcast. Today, we have an extraordinary guest, Arburtha Franklin. Arburtha is not only a former client but also a staff member at The TransLatin@ Coalition. Arburtha has an incredible story to share today, so let's dive right in.

However, she never let that stop her from pursuing her love of learning. However, Arburtha's life drastically changed when she was sentenced to 23 years in the California State Prison system. Still, it wouldn't stop her from excelling in school and being able to attend college.

Arburtha shares with us what prison life was like for her. She talks about the challenges she faced, the friendships she made, and the hope that kept her going. Arburtha's resilience is truly inspiring, and her outlook on life today is a testament to her strength.

Now, Arburtha is a staff member at The TransLatin@ Coalition. She is dedicated to helping others going through the same struggles she faced. She is a role model for anyone who has faced adversity and come out stronger on the other side.

Thank you, Arburtha, for sharing your story with us today. It has been an honor to have you on our podcast. To all our listeners, we hope Arburtha's story has inspired you and will join us again next week for another exciting episode.
