    I can tell you that in my experience, I don't have any urge to binge eat when I'm following my personal and proven clean eating formula. It's pretty simple and it works.

    Many think that the reason they're overweight is because they're lazy. The problem with this thinking is that you're more than likely going to stay stuck in the cycle of overeating, unhealthy eating, food addiction, binge eating and more, because this type of negative self-talk keeps the cycle alive.

    It goes like this:

    "I'm lazy, therefore I can't lose weight, therefore let's eat more cupcakes, chips, spaghetti, whatever! I'll start over on Monday...." 

    Can you relate?

    The good news is you CAN  break free of this never-ending cycle that takes you further and further down the path of weight gain and despair. You must start now though if you wish to begin unraveling this negative cycle and move towards the weight loss you truly desire.
