The L.I.T Code Sn2, Ep20 "Born From Light"

The L.I.T Code Sn2, Ep20 "Born From Light"

We've heard it said that the only thing capable of interrupting darkness, is LIGHT. The L.I.T Code's whole existence is based on that fact. We have learned through experience that feeding into and producing thoughts from our dark sides have lead us to the brink of losing control. The path back from that phase of life could only be seen through light!

When we lead with light, we are truly capable of seeing what is going on in front of us. Imagine driving down a country road with no headlights! You are most likely going to crash. The same holds true for our mental states when we are unable to see clearly. We begin to anger easily, we start doubting ourselves, we give up easily and we end up crashing out. Tune in as we discuss the benefits of leading with thoughts that are born from light. Please like, share, and comment your thoughts! #TheLitCode #newpodcast #motivation #dailyinspiration

The L.I.T Code Sn.2, Ep.19 "Death of a Man, Birth of a Prince" ft Prince Daniels Jr.

The L.I.T Code Sn.2, Ep.19 "Death of a Man, Birth of a Prince" ft Prince Daniels Jr.

Over time our ego builds an alternate version of self that is equipped to deal with the rigors and toils of struggle, trauma, and adversity. Although necessary, this "alter ego" can also become detrimental down the road. You see, when this version of self is in control, it can become very comfortable in the darkness.

We know that when one's sight has become accustomed to the dark, any light will disturb their eyes. If our light is never allowed to shine, our growth is stunted! Therefore our ability to conquer it and not allow it to take over is essential for our personal evolution. That battle between you and you must happen and only one version can come out victorious.

This week we welcome Prince Daniels Jr. to the show to discuss his one on one battle with self and how the darkside almost won. Tune in as we dive deep into his journey from suicidal NFL scratch to author, professional developer, and life coach for many entertainers, athletes and professionals! Strap in, enjoy, and evolve!

    "What's Going On?" The L.I.T Code Sn2, Ep15

    "What's Going On?" The L.I.T Code Sn2, Ep15
In 1971 the late, great Marvin Gaye released his 11th studio album entitles, "What's Going On?". The album featured hits like "Mercy Mercy Me", and "Inner City Blues", but perhaps his most powerful single was the album's namesake, "What's Going On?". The song served as a plea from Marvin to his people and nation to take a little time to talk and see what was going on around us in a time of national turmoil. You see during that time our nation was battling racism, murder, drug abuse, and the onset of war! Sounds familiar right? Unfortunately, Marvin and his co-writers could have written this song yesterday and it would still be just as relevant today! Mass shootings, widespread drug abuse, the threat of war, a shaky economy, and the blandishments of a "culture" that has been passed off as cool to our people by power hungry sycophants whom profit from our demise, has left us in an eerily familiar territory to that of 1971.

Today Edgar and Cortney plummet into the current state of our nation and the so-called culture that is swiftly leading to the demise of our people. Tune in as they meander through this episode and offer up their perspectives on how to shift our mindsets to overcome our status quo.

Join us today as we sit down with the highly touted, and nationally ranked Tay'Shawn Wilson of Made Creek High School in Katy Texas! Wilson, a Rayville, La native is also joined by his uncle Boogie Wilson who armed himself with the task of taking Tay'Shawn in at a young age and helping to cultivate his life on and off the field! "Feedback" The L.I.T Code Sn2, Ep13

    "Feedback" The L.I.T Code Sn2, Ep13

If you search for the definition of the word "feedback", you will get an assortment of complexed definitions! Here on The L.I.T Code, we simply define it as, "A response to an action or occurrence from an observer or receiver back to the source of the action or occurrence."

For example, the definitions that you would receive by searching the word "feedback", would actually be THE feedback from the search engine. It is extremely important to understand that the search engine only gave you feedback based on YOUR action of typing in a word and initiating the search!

In life we are all walking balls of feedback! The way we talk, look, dress, walk and act will all earn us feedback from somewhere and some thing. Our own bodies even work off of feedback! If you hold your breath long enough, your lungs will send feedback to your brain saying "we need oxygen" and your brain will then send feedback saying "you better breathe before you die!" That's how important it is!

Tune in as we dive into the importance of feedback, where we should accept it from, when we should apply it and how valuable it is when we learn to manage it properly! Please like, share and subscribe for more content!

"A Hall Of Fame Life" The L.I.T Code Sn2, Ep12

"A Hall Of Fame Life" The L.I.T Code Sn2, Ep12
Most of the time when we hear the term "hall of fame" we automatically think of sports, or entertainment. While these are primarily the fields that normally boast "hall of fame" talents and performances, we like to encourage everyday people, outside of those arenas, to strive to live hall of fame lives day in and day out. Our very own L.I.T Code Podcast cofounder, Edgar Jones was recently inducted into his collegiate alma mater's sport's Hall of Fame! While this is a big individual accomplishment, Edgar uses this episode to shine light on some of the people who contributed to his success along the way. The crew also dives into how these supporters are hall of famers in their own right. The guys trade knowledge on how we can all be hall of famers everyday by living with integrity, holding self and others accountable and by striving for greatness in all that we do! The L.I.T Code Sn2, Ep10 "Are You Checking Your Gauges?"

The L.I.T Code Sn2, Ep10 "Are You Checking Your Gauges?"

Much like vehicles, we are equipped with our own personal set of gauges that keep us aware of when things are off within our systems. The problem arises when we form the habit of ignoring these gauges until the problem has grown too bad for us to fix ourselves. Another problem rears its ugly head when we begin to watch the gauges of others more so than our own. This can lead to the dangerous game of comparison. The truth of the matter is that each of our systems are unique to US. Your gauges may be reading perfectly fine but you create a problem out of thin air because you are trying to get yours to read what the person down the street or on social media gauges are reading. Love yours. Check yours and live your best. Tune in, like, share, comment, and EVOLVE!
