    Previously, Stephen was with Moody's Analytics, Inc., Fleet Securities, Inc., The Fuji Bank, Limited, and The Tucker Companies, Inc.. Stephen started his career at Urban Investment & Development Co., the real estate subsidiary of Aetna Life & Casualty. As such, Stephen gained extensive experience arranging international and cross border real estate, project finance and corporate transactions

    Additionally, Stephen teaches and has taught at Fordham University, Baruch College (CUNY), New York Law School, New York University, and Euromoney Learning Solutions, while also delivering courses and consulting for various other clients around the world.

    In addition to his academic credentials, Stephen is a Chartered Management Consultancy Surveyor (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors U.K.) and a Certified Public Accountant (State of Illinois, U.S.).

    Dr. Barrett C. Brown is a global expert on how to develop leaders to successfully navigate complex challenges and rapid change.  Barrett works across six continents with C-suite executives and teams from Fortune 500 companies and international non-profits. He has lived in The Netherlands, Brazil and throughout the US, and has worked and traveled in nearly 40 countries.

    Barrett is a regular advisor and senior faculty for a $185B tech company as well as the largest environmental NGO in the world. With them, he focuses on how leaders can better manage complexity and drive transformational change. He also serves as the executive coach for a select group of senior leaders.     This week's guest is Mark Allen. ESPN voted Mark as the #1 Endurance Athlete of all time! Mark has won 6 IronMan world championships. He won the inaugural Olympic distance triathlon world championships in Avignon, France.  He was undefeated in 10 Nice International Championships.  In 1988 to 1990 he had a winning streak of 21 races.
    He was named Triathlete of the Year six times by Triathlete magazine, dubbed The World's Fittest Man by Outside Magazine,  the #1 triathlete of all time by 220triathlon magazine, he was inducted into the Ironman Triathlon Hall of Fame, the USAT Hall of Fame and the ITU Hall of Fame.
