In this episode, Mick invited multi-talented music maven, Kat Cunning, onto the show to share the creative philosophy behind art, music, and dance.

Cunning eloquently stated, “when you make art that isn’t just about being good at everything you’re trying to do, then it can transform into everything.” The two creatives touched on their individualistic contributions to culture through the use of music, melodies, lyrics, and storytelling. Kat is currently working on a highly anticipated EP, set to launch in January 2021.
