    Aaron Mitchel: I was always a pretty skinny dude, I played basketball everyday of the year. When I got older i started playing with college dudes who were all over 200 lbs and I always got pushed around cuz i was only 130 lbs.

    I ended up getting some results, but not anything crazy. Then about a year later I lost my best friend, lost my job, went through a break up, all while being locked down. I was hella depressed, anxious, and suicidal for huge periods of time.

    Honestly the only thing keeping me alive was the gym in my basement. It's the only thing that made me feel like my existence on earth had meaning.
