I know there might be some nervousness around this, but I'm genuinely excited because this approach fosters teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and prepares students for the future workforce where collaboration is key.

Having been involved in CAFS for many years, I've worked with lots of CAFS teachers and students, and I've seen these mistakes time and time again. To be honest, I think some teachers may not even be aware of these mistakes, which is why I want to discuss them in this episode.
