Dr. Shaun J. Fletcher is a top-notch athlete for San Jose State University. Dr. Shaun J. Fletcher shares his journey as a top-tier collegiate athlete, he realized that he has a bigger calling after playing college football and now is the Assistant Professor of Public Relations & Sport Communication at San Jose State University and has a successful consultant firm, ShaunJFletcher Consultancy. He talks about sports mental health, issues with diversity in corporations, and the key to maintaining a strong mental health during sports and life after sports.
