Renee Straumietis joins the Sunday Sports Wrap team, with the show going to air just as the Australian Cricket team ball tampering issue is breaking! 
Along side is a full wrap of the NRL, the Newtown Jets and all the sporting shorts of the week that was. 

Leisa and Hamish are joined in the hosting chairs by former Bulldogs player Cameron Phelps this week as they work their way through round 2 of the NRL! And of course there's always cricket... even if there's not very much happening!

It's not everyday you get to talk to a former Australian cricket captain but that's exactly what we did when we caught up with the wonderful Alex Blackwell and chatted through her recent international retirement. The NRL is about to kick off and the team give all teams their previews and predictions. And finally, could Nick Kyrgios actually be right as we talk of double standards?

Men and women playing contact sport together? We catch up with former Aussie baseballer Renee Straumietis to discuss. We catch up with the Betty Wilson Young Player of the Year recipient, Georgia Redmayne. Footy season is nigh, but cricket keeps marching on, and doping in Curling!! Really?!

Brian Booth is an exceptional man. Representing Australia at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics in hockey, he went on to play 29 Tests for Australia - two as captain, making his one of Australia's first and greatest dual internationals. His service to cricket has never ceased and he continues to be one of the most respected and humble athletes, past and present, in our sporting landscape. It was a privilege for the Sunday Sports Wrap to interview him.
