Breaking Free: The Journey to Self-Discovery and Uncommon Rebellion

Welcome back to another episode of #Uncommon with Lisa Desilet, where we delve into thought-provoking conversations that challenge the status quo.  In today's episode, we explore Untamed by Glennon Doyle - a NYT bestseller and the recent read inside the #Badass Book Club - an online community hosted by Lisa Desilet. The book is a memoir and reminder of the untamed, wild self that lives inside each of us but is often caged by societal norms and expectiations.

As a self-proclaimed rebel, Lisa felt a gut punch when she read the line in the book, "Rebellion is as much of a cage as obedience." Obedience has always felt challenging for her while rebellion felt righteous.

Join us as we unpack the themes of rebellion, identity, and the pursuit of a full life, all while redefining what success, health, wealth, and happiness truly mean. So, let's dive in and explore the uncommon, together!
