You are not going to feel great ALL of the time! Even when you have all the things you desire, and upleveled to f*ck and surrounded by your soul people, creating epic shiz you still won’t feel F*ck yes all of the time. It’s called ebb and flow!

How will you know abundance if you have never felt lack?

How will you enjoy success if you ain’t shed tears along the way?

How do you know happiness if you have never felt pain?

It’s all part of the process.

Can you shift your vibe, yes, but remember the sh**ty vibes are there for a reason to guide and expand you so don’t you dare just push them away and bury them deep inside of you where they will create havoc on your body and your mind.

Listen to those voices that tell you the stuff you don’t want to hear. Let her be heard!

The question that everybody asks at some point or other… Am I on the right path?  I know I have asked this question usually while lying in the foetal position, shouting at God just to give me a sign!

But I came to realise that if we are looking for concrete, 3D evidence then we will never find it, the ‘path’ is not a linear path and what you see with your physical eyes has no relevance to where you are going!

So today, inspired by a conversation with a client I am chatting about many things pertained to this age-old question including the only thing you need to remember / know / tune into, whenever you ask yourself this question, especially when you feel unclear, uncertain with a dash of doubt that you are ever going to get there!

One of the common misperceptions of conscious creation is that you must not focus on what you don’t want or have thoughts that are not in alignment with your desire.

Well firstly NOT thinking thoughts that you have is impossible, you can push them away, but they will still be there swirling somewhere in your consciousness and secondly, we are having a human experience and part of that experience is having an array of emotions.

We are not robots, so it is quite ok to experience anger, envy, sadness they are there to guide us! And we can use them to grow, evolve and go next level.

Spending daily time with your fears and doubts, releasing, and letting them go is the best way to increase your dominant vibration!
