In this episode I really just gave in. I opened up quite a bit and found myself relieved a bit. This episode truly embodies my vision of it being a type of therapy for me. I was very happy to get this episode done well. the feedback was quite positive and I am thankful for that. 

I return and this time feeling much better. I discuss my distractions of the last episode. How I fell off a bit and how I plan on moving forward. At this point I look forward to each episode. 

In this episode I return. I tried recording during a live feed and was very uncomfortable. I was not feeling well and a bit out of it. Following this episode I redirecting myself towards a positive attitude and made some major adjustments.
