💚 Green: Quick and Sustaining Charges via creativity, connection, and growth (values aligned)

Green (energize via fueling fun with creativity, connection, and personal growth- quick charges and ADHD Superpower—these are the Mario mushrooms 🍄 to recharge and grow).  Charge: values-aligned, engage wellness.

💛 Yellow: Land of Shoulds, Oughts, and To Do's (slow depletion)

Yellow (ADHD Kryptonite via productivity- the land of should’s and ought’s and to do’s) —where the procrastination monster lives and can gobble us up if we put off too long—also sometimes traps are laid within adhering to social constructs and ideals-the land of 👑 Princess Peach of expectations 🍑
🧪Antidote: set realistic and values-driven expectations for self and embody your authentic self.  Identify Procrastination Traps and Responses.  Know your priorities.  Healthy Boundaries.  Know your Worth!

❤️ Red: Demands and Deadlines (Fast Zap of Energy Drain)

Red (the land of Donkey Kong and Big Bosses where fire 🔥 barrels of expectations are thrown at you- stay in this zone only as long as needed to put out the fire of deadlines and demands- jump those barrels and level up- get in, get out or get burned-fast drain.
🧪Antidote: healthy boundaries and capacity check ins (choose yes' wisely)

💙 Blue: Slow Charge and Energy Slide (Charge and Deplete)

Blue (dopamine chase via passive fun and slow charge—the land of Yoshi and sneaky gremlins or flying squirrels 🐿️ because too much of a good thing can flip to the drain of our well-being—don’t get caught in the trap of social comparisons here-have fun but don’t eat the Percy Jackson Casino lotus 🪷 or time will be stolen from you).
🧪Antidote: monitor/ scale your energy charge versus energy suck.
