In this episode, Jenn and Tammy continue the interview with Daniel from last week about the many triggers of life.  It is our goal to help everyone become chill like Keanu (sorry, we probably can't help you dodge bullets yet though.) 

Daniel is a  long time student of A Course in Miracles, father, Business owner, business Partner in Xina Allen, LLP as well as a teacher in and student of life.  He has explored many facets of what it is like to work through your triggers, whether it has been through life experience, inner spiritual work or through books. This episode talks about triggers as a gift and an opportunity for us to look at our deepest belief systems.
