We go thru life each day, we love some stuff, but some stuff just pisses us off. As much as we hate to complain, sometimes its nice to get together and just chit chat about those head scratching moments that we all encounter. Pet peeves aplenty in this episode!

The episode we have all been waiting for ...THE DRUNK EPISODE. There WILL be another one of these for sure. Hell, this time we don't even know if we taped a third segment or not. If we did, there's no sign of it anywhere. And no one can remember! CHEERS, MOTHER TRUCKERS!

Eddie J is very observant. In his first solo episode, he tells you all about what he has seen recently in life that's either good, bad, or dirty.

We delve into that ever-elusive topic once again in our second installment on dating!

In this episode, the guys take a trip down memory lane and chat about how things were when we were kids. Chances are, if you lived thru the 80's and 90's, you'll be able to relate to a lot of this stuff! The breakfast cereal, what we did for fun, fast food stuff, technology or lack there-of, and of course some of the trouble we go into and the clothes and kicks we were wearing. The "C" word even makes an appearance in a comical juvenile way. Oh, and butt holes. Yup. Buttholes. If you got 'em, show 'em and win a prize.

Don and Ed welcome back Rich, the guy from the music episode, and they talk about sports present and past, but mostly past. They dish on the current situation of the 2022 White Sox as well as the divorce between Eddie O. and the Blackhawks. Then we take a trip down memory lane and talk about playing sports as kids, going to sporting events, and watching sports on TV. Rich is a Colts fan and IU alum. Thought you might wanna know that.

The guys welcome Rich and Chris, two music lovers, to discuss music overall and what music has meant to our lives. Some great stories are shared and no one argued about what music sucks and what's good! Rich works at The Gorton Community Center in Lake Forest, and has previously been on the air on Chicago Rock radio stations. Chris performs with a band called "The Edwards", which is ironically not named after your podcast host.

Have you ever lived in another country? Ever wondered how living in Chicago compares to living in other cities or countries? Ed has never lived outside of Chicago and hasn't traveled extensively, so he put his interviewer's hat on to chat with co-host Don and our friend Sam, who's from New Zealand (he talks funny), to chat about living in other countries. Where are the friendliest people? Who has the best cuisine? Where is it most fun to live? All your questions are answered!

The guys talk about what we like and don't like about those necessary evils in our lives, our cell phones; And also share thoughts on social media and everything that comes along with that. One panelist already gave up social media a couple years ago, and another panelist challenges himself to a social media "cleanse". We also learn a new word, vitriol !!!!!

In our longest episode to date, with the largest panel we have had so far, Eddie recruited some of his healthiest friends to chime in on how to feel better physically, eat better, and stay active. Don and Eddie learned a lot. And Don and Eddie revealed some of their not-so-healthy habits. Eddie makes a commitment to try some workouts and to make some changes to get rid of that spare tired to finally feel like his belly is beach worthy, challenge accepted!

The guys discuss what they like to do in their free time, from reading to watching sports, to various hobbies, and everything in between. Get your mind outta the gutter, jerking off does NOT come up (in this episode), ya perv. That's a future episode, DUH!

The guys talk and talk and talk and talk and share and share about that enigma that is...dating. In our 30's and 40's, what are the qualities we are looking for in a long-term mate. Does marriage really matter to us? Are there deal breakers that we won't budge on? Dating someone with pets? How's that? How many pets are too many pets? Ed doesn't think that exists. Guys actually think about how a woman deals with "self love"! Who knew? How do guys feel supported while in a relationship? Is there an age limit that we put on someone we are willing to date? Ass man or boob man? We explore that too. The panel attempted to get through all of Ed's agenda about dating, but after talking for over an hour, we realized this topic is just too deep and has so many dimensions, that it will be broken up into multiple episodes.

The guys share thoughts on friends vs. acquaintances vs. very close friendships. How do you become friends with other guys as a "grown-up"? Red flags for keeping friends? We talk about 'em! How do marriages affect friendships? Is friendship rocket science? Listen and find out. Giggity.
