TriFound's Top Three

This week's episode of TriFound's Top Three brings us one of our greatest Account Managers, Taylor Hemphill! Taylor works in our Saginaw Office, and if you recognize her last name it's because Shane is her brother, something we have fun talking about in the podcast. Taylor brings us a lot of wisdom this week through her appreciation of language, communication, and what she loves about helping TriFound clients.

Justin and the team were a little busier than normal this week, which meant it was the perfect week to go unscripted and interview TriFound's Marketing Director, Tyler Babbitt. Tyler actually isn't new to the podcast, as he sits in on every recording to produce and edit the episodes, but it's his first time in front of the mic. Justin and Tyler talk about TriFound's history with marketing, the importance of communciation with clients, and what it takes to put this podcast together. It's a fun one!

Susan manages our Client Care team, aka the first thing you hear when you call in, as well as our acquisitions and travel. Justin goes over all of this and more in the episode!
