This is a very special podcast that will focus on a generation span of adventurous and active adults between sixty-five and eight-five plus years of age.

Patti W., from California, has created her new online business that teaches us Jiu Jitsu virtually. As a former health care professional, Patti has created Health Keepers  United to help other health care workers.

On the creative, artistic side John H, from Texas has been a song writer, left handed guitarist, singer for over fifty years.  At the young age of seventy, he continues to play in the night clubs, weddings, special events.  He is manifesting that one hit wonder.

You have an Amazing Capacity for Change

There is a big difference between a Life Coach and a BUSINESS COACH. I have an adverse reaction to most coaches because I spent thousands thinking that I wanted to be a Life Coach.  Hated it. However, recently I attended a workshop given by Eric Nutting the GROWTH COACH where he specializes in solopreneurs and small entrepreneurs.

Biggest takeaway for me is the process of action steps.  Eric was more of a team member than a coach because he talked to us on common ground.

My feelings on this process is that people are hurting in an extraordinary manner, meaning it’s time to take extraordinary measures to help people. Elizabeth Lockhart provides  several remedies that are a must.  Many of these can be performed VIRTUALLY.

One point that I want to make about KARMA.. Elizabeth enlightened me that most of us have a misconception of KARMA thinking that it is a “ payback” action for wrong deeds.

Elizabeth said KARMA does not provide a payback at all for wrong deeds.  Instead it is a path that helps people do right.. this is layman’s terms, Elizabeth, forgive me if I oversimplified.

I have always researched sobriety because my mother was an alcoholic.

It was one of my biggest fears that I would be like her so I started therapy.

2 tablespoons dark powdered chocolate ( also baking chocolate powdered) Fair Trade if possible $$
