It’s finally time for some post-season wrestling! Iowa State had 6 wrestlers earn top 2 seeds for the Big 12 Tournament. The Cyclones will be competing for their first Big 12 title since 2009. Jacob and Sam give a weight-by-weight breakdown. 

Matt and Austin recap another rough offensive effort, but another Cyclone win against UCF on the road. Are we officially concerned going forward? Matt and Austin react to the Iowa State men's wins against West Virginia and Oklahoma at home and if any struggles are cause for a long term concern. They then take a look at the most up-to-date Bracketology and what could most benefit the Cyclones before the end of regular season play. The ISU women also picked up a huge win at Kansas State to all but lock themselves into the women's tournament, and we are very impressed with the way their season has gone. We finish up the pod by talking the hottest debate about fog and how that affects planting and some thoughts on Caitlin Clark ending her college career after this season.
