She provides chief-of-staff support to the East Division leadership team and leads a team of regional business management and operations executives in the six regions of the East.

    Beth started her career at Bank of America in 1997 as a Commercial Banking credit analyst in Kansas City. She then held various positions in the Global Learning organization from 1999 to 2011.  

    After that, she joined the Small Business department as the national sales performance manager for the Client Development Group. From 2014 to 2016, Beth led the small business banking team in North Carolina.

    From service provider to CEO

    Jen McLamb, Founder of Vital Touch Wellness, established her business in 2003 in a renovated barn. For years, she chose to keep her business small. However, in 2021, after managing to stay afloat through Covid and along with an ultimatum from her business landlord, Jen took a leap of faith.

    With new rooms for more massages and a space for yoga and special events Jen McLamb had to learn how to hire a team of excellent therapists and yoga teachers. 

    She also needed fill those rooms with new clients and spend time learning how to market the business more effectively.

    Over the last 2 years Jen has become a superstar CEO because she relies on keeping herself grounded and using her intuition as guidance which has enabled her to more triple her business. 

    Now she shares her passion for wellness and talk about how somatic therapy can help her client move through difficult emotions.

    Jen's journey in the wellness industry began when she graduated from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in 1998. In 2012, she dedicated two years to studying Somatic Therapy at the Leven Institute for Expressive Movement, and in 2021, she completed a rigorous six-year Body-Centered Psychotherapy Training Program at the Hartford Family Institute.
