We're back from being gone from being back! Our sadboy guest this week is two-timer, Edgar Momplaisir! Julian and Edgar dissect a DJ Khaled track, Julian spoils Alpha Dog, and Edgar teaches US about Baal.

 This is NOT an episode of Word With Friend! This is an episode of THE EYEROLL, a new podcast from Slumberfest (Chris Milliken and Julian Stern) where we talk about what had us rolling our eyes this week.

We actually recorded it for Monday May 1st, but all of it is still relevant; we just don't talk about AHCA. We DO talk about Mayor Eric and his maybe corruption, SHARKS, and the 25 year old nincompoop behind Fyre Fest.

This week's tear-free episode (as opposed to last week's LOL) is with writer Chelsey Lora (Blindspot, Greenleaf). Chelsey is a HUGE Slumberfest fan AND Julian's go-to for 13 Reasons Why discussion (she hasn't watched it). The word this week is LACRIMAL and the theme song is VERY related. Chelsey also reveals her very very very interesting former job so definitely TUNE IN for that and so so much more. 

Ronnie Adrian is a great guy, very funny, and loves loves LOVES to make Julian uncomfortable. Listen in as this improviser (UCB's The Dragons and UCB-affiliated White Women) uses all of his tools of comedy to hone right in on every possible move that could and would throw Julian off his game. Listen to the episode that had people saying, "Does he hate you?" Julian and Ronnie also talk about happiness, grandmothers, and peregrinate.

Julian's fantastic GUEST this week is actor, writer Liz (in life) Guest (Guest Appearances)! Julian and Liz hop  right in to a name conversation, Mickey Rooney's wives, and Patrick McDonald. They also talked about Liz's web series, Guest Appearances which is awesome and you should check it out.

After the break, Julian and Liz get gabbing about PRURIENT which maybe we all are when you think about it. The root of this one is really interesting, so definitely tune in (clickbait).

FRAMILY! We've reached one hundred episodes and ring in the achievement with ol' episode 2 himself, comedian/writer Mike Glazer (Inside Hacks [coming soon]). Mike and Julian talk being nice, easily accessible to strangers, and Julian tells more about his day with Snoop Dogg.

The 100th word is PROFUSION which somehow led into the diving into a classic joke, Julian and Mike coming up with "John Whoops", and for the first time in 100 episodes, the guest gets upset about the word. TUNE IN TO FIND OUT WHY (clickbait).

Framily! Gear up for this nostalgic episode with comedian, Alex Hooper (Roast Battle). Julian and Alex revisit their Maryland childhoods spent at the local Hooters, the Ocean City Boardwalk, and discuss some good ol' Maryland slang.

After the break, they go broke for GROKE which is NOT a monster, but you are if you groke at all your friends all the time at every meal. Alex also reveals the last time food and sex were related kind of.

Framily! This week's guests are Adam Aseraf and Ben Bayouth, co-creators of the hit instagram puppet show, Blark and Son! Julian gets some cool behind the scenes details and we got a chance to see Blark in the FLESH (silicone). They also break down PANDEMONIUM which is actually kind of a terrifying scenario.

This week, Julian welcomes writer/actor/stand up/former rapper/all around nice guy, Gerald Grissette (Arcade Currency) to the Word With Framily table to discuss being good guys, Julian's grandad's poker hand, and preposterous.

This week's tarot-ble guest is comedian/writer Rebecca Lieb! Rebecca works on GAME SHOWS and does STAND UP and TAROT READING. Julian and Rebecca talked about all those things, Lovely Bones, and ghost stuff. WHOA.

Today's word is BUFF which has some cool roots as far as when it's used as someone who knows a lot about a thing i.e. film buff, etc.
