Born in Paraguay, but grew up in Canada, Frank always had a taste for the Yerba Mate so many of us love. Had it from young on.

It all started when a close friend of his talked to him about making Yerba Mate more available in his region in Ontario... that idea sparked this business. He loves it, helping people like him who love Yerba Mate to get the Yerba they need and other related products.

The name Ferba came from his brother who suggested a few names, Ferba was one of them. It was simple and easy to remember.  

Summary:

• Frank and Devin had a conversation about how Devin started his podcast and his journey with yerba mate. Devin shared his motivation for starting the podcast and his desire to create a digital legacy while also promoting yerba mate to a wider audience.
• Frank, the owner of FERBA products, shared his background and journey with Yerba Mate. He talked about his Paraguayan and German heritage, how Yerba Mate was a part of his life, and how he started selling it to help his family and friends.
• Frank and Devin discussed the process of importing yerba mate from Paraguay to Canada and the ease of shipping it to the US. They also talked about the Palo Santo gourd and its popularity due to its pleasant smell.
• Devin and Frank discussed their preferences for drinking mate, with Frank recommending the softer and flavored options for beginners and the stronger and more natural options for hardcore mate enthusiasts. They also briefly mentioned other brands and the origin of the name "Ferba" for Frank's business.
