    Module 5 of the Mind Body Eating Coach Certification that I've been working through was primarily on digestion and it was soooooo interesting! And is still very connected to our body image because many of us have digestion challenges that are poor body image induced! 

    Today I share with you numerous things that you can start doing immediately to see a significant improvement in your digestive challenges and a new way to view them because your body is not the problem!

    The things I learned and shared in today's episode came from The Institute For Psychology Of Eating/Marc David. I'll be done the certification in the middle of February!

    For those interested, I got a 92% on my exam for Module 5! I got 36/39!
