We interview new Cavs GK coach Jake Davis about joining the club and his Canadian experience so far.  We also talk about the upcoming AMSL playoffs in Calgary this weekend.  Our hosts also speculate about players the Cavs could be looking at selling to a bigger league.

We interview Sean Clarke, one of the founding members of the Foot Soldiers supporters group.  He talks about their beginnings which go back almost a decade.  We also talk about Cavalry's big win over Forge.  There's also some discussion about all of the Calgary connections in League 1 BC this summer. 

This week we recap the League One Alberta finals.  We have interviews with Charles Nana from Calgary Foothills and Lauren Houghton from Calgary Blizzard.  Both were key figures in their respective clubs victories.  We also talk about the Sam Adekugbe transfer to the Whitecaps and provide our weekly recap and preview for Cavalry FC.

The League 1 Alberta final matches will be played on Friday evening, and we speak with the head coaches for both Calgary teams involved.  Diogo Raposo leads the Calgary Blizzard as they travel to St. Albert for the women's final.  Jay Wheeldon and Calgary Foothills will host the men's final at Broadview. We also do our weekly review and preview of the Cavs matches, and chat for a few minutes about the Alberta Summer Games.

We discuss a couple of new additions to the Cavs including Willie Akio arriving from Scotland and new goalkeeper coach Jake Davis.  Another Calgarian abroad update as Scott Kennedy signs in Austria.  We also review the Cavs win over HFX, and briefly talk a bit about League One Alberta.

We talk with Nick Zuniga, who will be the coach for the Zone 3 (Calgary) boys team in the Alberta Summer Games soccer competition.  As usual, we provide updates on Cavalry FC, Foothills WFC and more.

This week, we discuss the Cavs victory in Winnipeg, how Foothills WFC won a match by forfeit, and talk about Victor Loturi finally getting to step on the pitch for Canada.

This week we talk about the Cavs big win vs York United, the messy departure of Jose Escalante, Foothills WFC's disappointing road trip, and Dom Zator earns his first cap for Canada. Then we take a walk down memory lane with Chris Daniel, who has a mainstay in the pro soccer scene in Calgary in the 1980's.  Chris was on the 1987 CSL champion Calgary Kickers team.  We talk about the CSL and also the NASL Calgary Boomers.

We talk about Foothills WFC defeating their rival Santa Clarita and the Cavs loss in Halifax.  No Zator or Loturi in the MNT match, but perhaps they will get a chance next week at the Gold Cup.  We also look ahead to the Cavs match vs York United on Saturday and take a brief look at the AMSL standings.

We focus on Foothills WFC and their big match up against Santa Clarita this weekend. Mya Jones of Foothills WFC talks with us about the UWS season, playing for Memphis in the NCAA, and her future career goals. We also discuss what's happening with Cavalry FC and CanMNT.

We have an abbreviated episode this week where we talk Cavs, Foothills WFC, and League One Ontario.

We interview Shanice Alfred, who grew up in Airdrie and now is a member of the Guyana women's national team.  She talks about how she joined the national team of a country she hadn't previously visited.  She also discusses her move to Ontario and her time with Seneca College and in the League One Ontario reserve league.  We also review recent Cavs and Foothills WFC matches and look ahead to the weekend's games.

This week, we interview Cavs technical director Leon Hapgood about the U21 side that will play in League One Alberta. We also review matches from the previous weeks and look ahead to this week's games.

We focus on Calgary Foothills this week with interviews with Jay Wheeldon (technical director/head coach of the men’s League One Alberta team) and Sarah Kinzner (captain of the women’s UWS and League One Alberta teams).

We also do a recap of the Cavs’ home opener and look ahead to their next match in Vancouver.

This week, we interview Diogo Raposo, the technical director of Calgary Blizzard.  He will also be the head coach of their women's entry into League One Alberta.  We get a preview of what to expect from the Blizzard in the new league.  We also review last week's Cavs matches in Victoria, and discuss their newest signing Bradley Kamdem.

We do a quick wrap up of the recent national futsal championships held in Calgary.  Immediately after the 3rd place men's match, we interviewed Callies coach Christian Mirkovic.  We also had a chance to chat with Michelle Holmes, the founder and captain of 1Up women's futsal team.

We interview Dominick Zator in this episode.  Zator is currently with Korona Kielce in the Polish league.  He scored his first goal for the club over the weekend and in March he was called up to the Canadian men's national team.  We talk about that first goal, playing in Poland, and his recent Canadian camp experience.

The CPL season starts this week. Cavalry FC Head Coach/GM Tommy Wheeldon Jr. joins us to talk about the upcoming season.  Scott and Jason also discuss the seven new additions to the Cavs for 2023.

We review the MNT matches from this week with a focus on the four Calgarians on the roster. We also interview Pearl Doupe, executive director the CUSA, about the upcoming Canadian Futsal Championships. The tournament will be held from April 13-16 at Seven Chiefs Sportplex.

We discuss the four Calgarians who have been called up to play in the upcoming MNT matches. Jason Blake, who is technical director with Alberta Soccer, joins us to provide new details about League One Alberta.
