    - Initiating conversations with parents regarding behavior issues
    - Connecting with community resources
    - Mindset reset and self-care

A sneak peek inside the episode:

"Stress levels are high and our patience is low and so many schools are having staff burnout and staff turnover because they just get stressed out. And so your question is why is the child acting out? I would ask the educators to reframe that and say asking themselves what is triggering me as a grown-up. Recognizing your triggers is where it starts to change."

Pay Thee What Thou Owe Thee

Royal Family, in this last episode of the season we talk about debt; but not the normal debt you’re thinking of: We’re talking about karmic debt. Jaz Afrodite takes us on a brief journey of karmic debt and what numbers to take into consideration when looking at your birthday number, life path number, name or destiny number, and others. If you’re having difficulties with addiction, lack of responsibility or compassion; or if you’re feeling trapped and your life’s in a constant restart cycle, you won’t want to miss this episode.

U.S. Sake Brewer Series: Brooklyn Kura

Season 1. Episode 28. This is the first in a new series of interviews with U.S. sake brewers.  There are few things more fun for a sake fan, than to sit down and drink a delicious sake with the people who actually brewed it.  For our first brewer interview, we don't stray too far from home. We had a great time talking to our friends Brian Polen and Brandon Doughan of New York's Brooklyn Kura. We hear a bit about how Brooklyn Kura came to be and some of the advantages and disadvantages of brewing sake in the Big City. Also, we explore the learning curve of being the first to open a brewery in New York.  As far as tasting goes, we get to enjoy two of Brooklyn Kura's stand out creations, the #14 Junmai Ginjo Nama and their Catskills Junmai Daiginjo.  Join us for this fun interview with New York's first sake brewery, Brooklyn Kura.
