Aarti Malhotra talks about the loss of her only child, Arvey. Her 16 year old, was bullied and made to strip in the school toilet by other students.

Arvey jumped to his death, unable to tolerate the harassment he faced for his sexuality.

In this episode, we bring to light extreme meanness and unkindness that one can found among children and it is never discussed.

Aarti alleges, that despite complaining to school authorities, the matter has fallen on deaf ears.

Guru Aarti explained by Sri Swami Vishwananda

Recently in Stein, Switzerland (February 2011) after the Darshan Sri Swami Vishwananda gave an elaborate explanation of the meaning of the lyrics of the Guru Aarti. The event had finished and the camera was already switched off, but luckily one audio recorder was still on and recorded his talk which came unexpected. The quality is not the best, but we hope you can still understand his words. We felt strongly about sharing them.

And apparently having bats in the belfry is hereditary. Well, at least for Matt’s family. In addition this week’s news is filled with naughty animals. So relax Wendy; it’s probably just a full moon.
