Audience Etiquette at Competitions etc for adults

Part 1- This is a topic that has had a lot of comments and conversations to me about. Etiquette at competitions, recitals, or any event is lacking. You may not be familiar with these things and so you do not know what to do, that is why this podcast is so important. It comes down to respect. My monthly expert Melanie and I cover so many areas. This is a two-parter. Next week we will talk about etiquette for dancers, studio owners, and competition owners with 3 other guests. Yes, we are bi-weekly but these two episodes will come out one week after the other.

Jason Nemer is an acrobat, author, and the co-founder of acroyoga.

His book Move, Connect, Play: The Art and Science of AcroYoga details the core principles of AcroYoga, a practice that melds circus arts with the healing power of massage and the breathwork of yoga. Jason’s passion for partner acrobatics began at just 12 years old, and he went on to win silver and bronze medals at the World Championships and performed at the Olympic Games. After discovering yoga, Eastern philosophy, and Thai massage, he began fusing the key elements that would soon become the global practice of AcroYoga. Jason has dedicated his life to AcroYoga and travels the world to study, teach, and unite communities.
