    Us ADHDers tend to be more restless as our brain constantly seek ways to increase dopamine levels.

    The aim of this episode is to help simplify what it means to have ADHD and better understand how our brains are wired differently .

    *The symptoms of ADHD are broken into 3 categories: Inattention, Hyperactivity and Impulsivity.

    *This is a spectrum disorder - meaning we all experience symptoms at different levels of severity in our lives (we dive into why this is super important to know)

    *We are lacking in both dopamine and norepinephrine  - the pleasure and reward centres of the brain.
