Review: At Least I'm Not the Frog

Review: At Least I'm Not the Frog

Steve reviews the book "At Least I'm Not the Frog: A Zany Memoir of Alcoholism and Recovery" by Charlie Gray. As of this recording this was the number one book on Amazon on recovery and I shared how I can certainly see why.

The book details his journey to recovery, which includes four DUI’s and three trips to jail, along with treatment at six rehabs, at least twenty detox facilities, and another twenty or more trips to a psych ward. He’s also lived in five different sober houses and participated in all different forms of recovery- from recovery programs to religion, medication, and holistic living. He shared this all with such raw vulnerability in the hopes to share that you are not alone when it comes to those things you’ve done in your addiction and that there is hope that you can recover.

You can follow Charlie on Instagram @hismajestycharles3rd and find his book on Amazon.
