    Podcast Introduction

    Podcast Introduction

Us humans do not know what we don’t know, and we don’t know we don’t know it until we know it.

Once you know what you don’t know :

You will be astounded that you never knew it before because it’s so simple.

You will realise that the truth has been hidden in plain sight all the time.

The path to deep and lasting transformation reveals itself .

You will see that there is a way that seems right to a man but in the end leads to destruction.

You will realise that years of wrong thinking have contributed to your disease, failing relationships or the general chaos in your life and that your life will not get straightened out until your mind does.

You will also have a deep knowing that :

Renewing the mind is not impossible but it is difficult, and it takes time.

Not giving up leads to victory.

You cannot do this alone. You need good help, but it has to be the right help.

Those who have walked the path before you will encourage and guide you.

The state of the shipwrecked is usually the starting point of this journey.

It is the only way to true freedom and peace.

If you have the courage and take the time to walk this path and be fully committed to it :

You  will be able to rise above anything no matter how hard it is.

It will bring an all-encompassing unity and inter-connectedness as well as feelings of love, joy, and peace of mind

It represents the highest form of human development and is the goal of all spiritual and religious life no matter which tradition.

If you feel you have been on the same mountain long enough, then join us on this journey of transformation through illumination.

It starts with knowing what you don’t know and then acquiring real and simple tools.

Combining spirituality and psychology this podcast will lead you through this journey.

Your podcast host, Antoinette, has walked this path and learnt from her own lived experience. Cancer was the catalyst five years ago. She has done 1000s of hours of research. Studying, shadow work, the dark night of the soul, rewiring the brain, spiritual bypassing, and mind body science, including neuro psychology and psychoneuroimmunology. Antoinette will share her own journey in a raw and authentic way. Although still a work in progress Antoinette is very far into this path of genuine spiritual/physical/mental awakening.

Her passion and service now is to share all that she knows. All the knowledge, resources and tools that guided her through this process. She is connected with and will be having conversations with profound and powerful healers, coaches, and spiritual teachers. Everything Antoinette puts out will have been tried and tested by her.

These conversations will have you asking you how you did not know what you didn’t know and will provide simple but very powerful practical tools.

    Meet you there …
