The Disaster Artist & All Over The Place

Brace yourself some for some very weird content in this week's top 5. We're talking about movie moral dilemmas and some of the Dads' moral compass is a bit off!

For our main feature we watched The Disaster Artist. The film about the making of one of the worst movies of all time, The Room, by Tommy Wiseau. It's fair to say that Mr Wiseau has become a bit of a role model for the Bad Dads! Style, talent, dubious backstory, he has it all!

Our kids entertainment took us on a trip around the world. We watched the CBBC kids travel show, All Over The Place. Its a cross between a travel show, hosted by gap year students and EuroTrash.

We love to hear from our listeners! By which I mean we tolerate it. If it hasn't been completely destroyed yet you can usually find us on twitter @dads_film, on Facebook Bad Dads Film Review, on email at baddadsjsy@gmail.com or on our website baddadsfilm.com.

    Until next time, we remain...

Episode 327: All Over the Place: Adventures in Travel, True Love and Petty Theft

Episode 327: All Over the Place: Adventures in Travel, True Love and Petty Theft

For the season premiere of Eat Your Words, Cathy is joined in the phone by Geraldine DeRuiter, author of the award-winning blog The Everywhereist and the memoir, All Over the Place: Adventures in Travel, True Love and Petty Theft. Geraldine’s recent viral post, where she made the recipe for pizza dough cinnamon rolls in Mario Batali’s sexual misconduct apology letter, received great applause and also critics, and the attention resulted in Geraldine’s account getting hacked and death threats from trolls. Tune in to hear where about her experience and reactions, where feminism is today, and why we should hold food leaders accountable for their actions.
