A long overdue episode with the esteemed Dr. Tyler Yates (recent Duke AI fellow now attending at OHSU) covering all things allergy and immunology including: recent practice guideline changes / management of anaphylaxis (1:20), tryptase levels in anaphylaxis (10:57), food allergy (18:30), oral allergy syndrome (22:00),  when to call an allergist/immunologist from the ED (30:33),  immunodeficiency in regards to COVID-19 (40:40), interesting therapeutics with immunodeficiency (44:49) and his take on appropriate referrals (50:18).
