Navigating Chronic Illness with Resilience & Hope | The Power of Positivity with Sam Moss of My Medical Musings

What an honour to be bale to talk to Samantha Moss, author of My Medical Musings, a collection of Sam's most popular blog posts, with new content included as she shares her memoirs.

In our conversation Sam shares with us her experience being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, a bowel and rectum prolapse (leading to having a stoma) and then an incredibly rare bone disease that causes her bones to break without any warning or impact.

Sam’s passion and purpose in life through everything she has been through is incredibly inspirational. Her positivity and ability to find beauty in all she sees is beautiful.

Sam’s TOP TIPS and THOUGHTS for living a positive day:

    • Embrace the little moments each day.
    • Create moments that bring you joy.
    • Notice the beauty in the little things.
    • Find your purpose - what do you desire and where do you find joy?
    • Instead of focusing on 'What IF's' look at 'What IS' within your control that you can focus on and turn around a hard moment
    • What can you replace your losses with to create new joy?
    • Write down your losses (what you loved to do), grieve, acknowledge and FEEL them
    • Instead of 'Why Me?, Why Not?'
    • Be realistic to find your place of acceptance.

Pam Bartha | The Missing Link

Pam Bartha | The Missing Link

Pam Bartha was clinically diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) at the age of 28 and chose a non-prescription approach to therapy. Now over 30 years later and still MS free, she teaches others how to recover from disease by treating the parasites that cause disease while following a holistic approach. She is a health educator, speaker, coach and the founder of Live Disease Free and the author of Become a Wellness Champion. Pam has coached hundreds of students in over 15 countries in her Live Disease Free Plan.

In this episode Pam and I talk about the missing link for sickness, how you too can Live Disease Free, we discuss parasites, what lesions really are, whether MS is truly an autoimmune disease and I also share my experience with implementing the Live Disease Free Plan in my life.

If you’re dealing with fatigue, brain fog, depression, anxiety, pain, gut issues, allergies, long COVID or auto immune disease, have you considered that parasites might be the cause of your health issues? Could parasites be the reason why no matter how healthy you eat, how active you are or how many supplements you take, you still have symptoms? If you have tried many things to improve your health, but nothing has really made a difference, parasites are likely the root cause of your health concerns.

Experts tell us that we can’t get parasites unless we’ve travelled to underdeveloped countries, but nothing could be further from the truth. Parasitic infections in the US and other developed countries affect millions of people. If parasites are not present where we live, why do veterinarians recommend that we regularly deworm our cats, dogs, horses, cattle and other animals?

    The Body's Language

    The Body's Language

In this episode I share why this podcast is meaningful to me, how I received my diagnosis of relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis, the symptoms I was experiencing prior to my diagnosis and why I now consider my diagnosis to be a blessing in disguise.

I highlight that there are other options when it comes to health and wellness which we are not generally educated about, why it is so important to have a supportive network and what I have focused on over the past six and a half years which has led me to where I am today.

This episode is a reminder that it is so important to LISTEN to your body and to understand how your body functions. If you are experiencing any symptoms, this is your body's way of communicating, this is 'The Body's Language'.
