In other news: Nine people were wounded and two people were killed near the Empire State Building in Midtown Manhattan on Friday after a disgruntled women's accessories designer named Jeffrey Johnson fatally shot his 41-year-old former boss, Steven Ercolino. Police shot and killed the gunman near the tourist entrance of the landmark skyscraper. The nine injured, were hit by bullets fired by NYPD.
